OUR STORY

Mama Vicki’s Coney Island has been a staple in Port Huron since it opened under the name,  Coney Island Lunch, in 1923. The Pozios’ Father, who had worked at Detroit American Coney Island for almost 20 years, took over the restaurant in 1976. Since then things have changed. In 2003, the restaurant was renamed in honor of their mother and her likeness can be seen on the window.

When it comes to Mama Vicki’s coney dogs are supreme. Their hots are specially made to order by Koegel Meats, other hot dogs just don’t compare. Their “one-of-a-kind” chili recipe also sets these coney’s apart.
